Exchange fees

In StalexBot, exchange fees are immediately taken into account when the strategy opens a new position. When you import a position, the exchange fees are NOT taken into account however.

In backtesting, exchange fees are also simulated on every simulated buy or sell. This way you will get a more realistic view.
